Trucrux Product Longevity Program
Trucrux product longevity program has several stages, including pre-notification, official announcement, end of development, last time buy, end of production, last delivery date, and end of support.
- Pre-notification: We inform key customers and partners of our intention to discontinue a product and the reasons behind the decision. We gather feedback and create a timetable for the end-of-life process.
- Official EOL Announcement: We officially announce the end-of-life decision and provide a Product Discontinuation Notice to all customers and partners with a detailed timeline. We also update our EOL page on our website.
- End of Development: Our R&D and Engineering teams stop carrying out bug fixes or feature enhancements on the discontinued product(s).
- Last Time Buy: Customers are given a final opportunity to place orders for the discontinued product(s).
- End of production: The product is no longer manufactured and only the remaining stock can be shipped.
- Last Delivery Date: Customers who placed Last Time Buy Orders are notified of the final delivery date for the discontinued products.
- End of support: Our support teams are no longer committed to providing solutions for problems related to discontinued product(s).
